Rebels and Rollers - workshop 1

Are you an older resident living around Alexandra Park?

Then YOU are invited to…

Rebels & Rollers

Learn new creative skills with a cuppa and friendly conversation

on Sunday 6 March and Sunday 3 April, 12-2 pm 2016

Rebels & Rollers comprises of two free workshops, taking place as part of Alexandra Arts’ Pankhurst in the Park programme.

In an accessible, welcoming and age-friendly environment, this is your opportunity to learn new art skills and take part in 'Pankhurst in the Park' 2016, which celebrates Alexandra Park’s rich historical connection to the Iconic Suffragette, Emmeline Pankhurst.

At each of these workshops you will have the opportunity to learn how to screen print and develop an artwork, whilst socialising with like-minded people in your community.

Your artwork will be exhibited in the stunningly renovated Chorlton Lodge*, in Alexandra Park, as part of the final Pankhurst in the Park' 2016 event on 7 May 2016, 2-4pm.

Leave it to us to organise free transport and refreshments for you.
